About the Site
The Site is a marketing and information page for The Sixty Five, a private vacation rental located in downtown Charleston, South Carolina. The Site itself does not process bookings, payments, or guest agreements. All reservations are handled by our reservations partner, Guesty, on a separate platform.
Bookings and Reservations
When you click "Book Your Stay" or any reservation link, you leave this Site and are taken to Guesty's hosted booking platform. Your booking, payment, cancellation, and stay are governed by:
- The reservation confirmation you receive from Guesty
- Guesty's terms of service and privacy policy
- The House Rules and rental agreement provided at the time of booking
No reservation is confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from Guesty.
Photography and Content
All photographs, copy, design, logos, and other content on the Site are the property of The Sixty Five or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Sharing a link to the Site or to specific pages is permitted and encouraged.
Pricing and Availability
Nightly rates, availability, fees, and minimum-stay requirements shown on the booking platform are subject to change without notice. The Site may display approximate or representative information. The booking platform's listing is the source of truth at the moment you reserve.
Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on the Site accurate. However, we do not warrant that all content is current, complete, or error-free. The home, furnishings, and surrounding area may change over time; photographs are illustrative.
Third-Party Links
The Site contains links to third-party websites (Guesty, Instagram, Google Fonts, Netlify). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any unlawful manner or in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Site
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its hosting infrastructure

Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SIXTY FIVE AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED $100.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Indemnification
